Hi, I’m Elise Weber—a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. In my 1:1 coaching, I help you break through the obstacles keeping you from feeling strong, confident, and energized in your body. I do this work because I’ve been where you are. There was a time when I pushed myself hard in the gym, restricted everything I loved, and still didn’t see the results I wanted. One small slip would lead to a binge, followed by punishment workouts to try and “fix” it. I thought something was wrong with me—that I’d never figure out how to get the body I wanted or the energy I craved. I believed the only way was to suffer my way there.
But the truth is, none of that was necessary.
If your goal is fat loss, that’s where we’ll start—but what you gain will go far beyond that.
