I had the privilege of being in one of Elise's 60 minute intensives! She is very authentic and I believe the way she approached things can surely help. The process doesn't have to be overwhelming and I enjoyed her take on what I have been doing and how to just make it a little better each week or month. She helped me come up with some realistic action steps weekly to monthly. She typed them out and sent them to me including some small tweaks we discussed to my morning routine. What I liked best is she didn't just tell me what to do, she asked questions on what I would like and what I could see myself doing long term to make these changes a realistic part of my lifestyle.

Hey there!

Hi, I’m Elise Weber—a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. In my 1:1 coaching, I help you break through the obstacles keeping you from feeling strong, confident, and energized in your body. I do this work because I’ve been where you are. There was a time when I pushed myself hard in the gym, restricted everything I loved, and still didn’t see the results I wanted. One small slip would lead to a binge, followed by punishment workouts to try and “fix” it. I thought something was wrong with me—that I’d never figure out how to get the body I wanted or the energy I craved. I believed the only way was to suffer my way there.

But the truth is, none of that was necessary.

If your goal is fat loss, that’s where we’ll start—but what you gain will go far beyond that. Through our work together, you’ll build the confidence and tools to train in a way that supports your body, enjoy your favorite foods and still see progress, and finally feel in control.
