The Built Home Fitness Guide is a 12-week program designed to help you build muscle, gain strength, burn body fat, and feel your best—all from the comfort of your home gym.
With smart, intentional programming, this guide helps you move better, recover faster, and make lasting progress in your fitness journey. You will train 3 days a week with another option 3 short sessions a week: three foundational strength training workouts to build real, functional strength, and three short trigger sessions to boost muscle stimulation and support recovery. Every movement comes with a demo video—just follow along and get to work. No stress, just progress.
As you move through the three progressive phases (four weeks each), you’ll notice improved energy, increased strength, visible muscle definition, and enhanced fat loss through a faster metabolism. Workouts are performed with a slow, controlled tempo and moderate to high intensity—stopping just a few reps short of failure to ensure safe, effective progress. All you need is a range of dumbbells, resistance bands, and a stability ball (optional: bench). This guide is perfect for anyone ready to get strong, lean, and feel grounded in their body—right at home.

Hi, I’m Elise Weber—a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. In my 1:1 coaching, I help you break through the obstacles keeping you from feeling strong, confident, and energized in your body. I do this work because I’ve been where you are. There was a time when I pushed myself hard in the gym, restricted everything I loved, and still didn’t see the results I wanted. One small slip would lead to a binge, followed by punishment workouts to try and “fix” it. I thought something was wrong with me—that I’d never figure out how to get the body I wanted or the energy I craved. I believed the only way was to suffer my way there.
But the truth is, none of that was necessary.
