Hey! I'm Elise.

I am a weightloss and mindset coach who focuses on helping you overcome the obstacles that are holding you back from feeling like your best self!

I created our coaching programs because there was a point in my life where I cut out entire food groups, binged when I made a small mistake, and punished myself to get back on track. I thought that something was wrong with me and that I would never figure out weight loss. I would restrict all my favorite foods in order to see the scale go down. And it did, for a short time, all to gain it all back again.
None of this was necessary.
Your main goal might be fat loss, but you’ll come out of our programs accomplishing so much more than that!

You’ll have the confidence and tools to eat your favorite foods AND have the body you want, be around junk food without temptation, become a PRO at getting back on track, have the energy you need, and stick to your plan with EASE.

STRONGER: Home Fitness Guide

Welcome to your new workout guide, STRONGER! This 12 week guide has been created to help you gain strength in just three days a week.

1:1 Coaching

We know how frustrating it is to lose weight and keep it off for good. Diets are not working, you feel like you've tried everything and nothing is sticking. Our 1:1 Coaching Program is the answer to all your woes!

Group Coaching

We get it! Losing weight is tough and it's even harder to go about it on your own. That is where our group coaching program comes in. Work as a group to help each other stay accountable and lose that weight for good!

Comprehensive Sessions

Not ready to commit to a full 12 week program? That's ok! We offer Comprehensive Sessions, to help get you started on reaching your weight loss goal without having to go through an entire program.

Interested in our Sourdough Class?

During class, we take you through the whole process of making sourdough.
Start to Finish.
From keeping your sourdough starter alive, all the way to scoring your loaf.
You will leave with all the information you need to be successful in baking your first beautiful artisan sourdough loaf.
