Welcome to your new workout guide, STRONGER! You can do this at home or in the gym, with minimal equipment. This 12 week guide has been created to help you gain strength in just three days a week.

As a mama of a toddler and a newborn, I know how busy and tiring life can get! I put a lot of thought into the structure of the workouts, and tested out every single workout to ensure it will provide maximum strength in minimum time. In the next 12-weeks, my goal is to help you gain strength, fitness, confidence, and energy while committing under 3 hours a week. Whether you are looking for a new challenge, creating a new habit, or on your own journey to get STRONGER–this guide is for you.
