Hey there!

My name is Elise Weber and I am a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach.

In my 1:1 coaching, I will help you overcome the obstacles that are holding you back from feeling and moving like your best self. I created this program because there was a point in my life where I killed myself in the gym only to not see the results I wanted. I binged when I made a small mistake, and punished myself to get back on track. I thought that something was wrong with me, that I would never figure out how to get the body I wanted or the energy I craved. I would restrict all my favorite foods in order to see the scale go down. And it did, for a short time, all to gain it all back again.

None of this was necessary.

Your main goal might be fat loss, but you’ll come out of our 1:1 coaching accomplishing so much more than that!
